We supply design certified low voltage switch gear assemblies for the distribution of energy and for the supply of auxiliary equipment, so-called “motor control centres“. Depending on the application and according to our customer’s preference, these can be designed as plug-in or fixed units. Combined-technology designs are also possible. Internal subdivision in compliance with IEC 61439-1 is possible with forms 1-4.
The latest modular cabinet systems allow the subsequent expansion of the system and thus ensure that it can react flexibly to any adaptation that is required. Variations, such as stainless steel cabinet frames, tin-plated and insulated busbars, non-standard finishes, adaptations to bar systems and designs with the latest protection and control technology complete the range of solutions, leaving nothing to be desired.
The breaking/ disconnecting, measuring and protection components are selected and specified by us according to our customers’ requirements, quality, handling, long-term availability and cost-benefit ratio.
We take responsibility for the essential clarification of interfaces and for the incorporation of the LV switchboard into external control and instrumentation systems. We are thus making a vital contribution to ensuring smooth and seamless installation, commissioning and handover processes.
We ensure with inspections and factory acceptance testing that all of our stipulations are adhered to. Our customers are welcome to attend these inspections and factory acceptance tests. Documentation of the factory acceptance tests is provided by us as a matter of course
